The Emergency Situations form (Located in you AxisCare App under “Forms”) details what to do in different emergency situations.

  • These forms are Client specific

  • Includes location of:

    • Fire Extinguisher

    • First Aide Kit

    • Flashlights

    • Generator (if applicable)

    • If client is a DNR/Full Code

Included Emergency Situations:

  1. Fall

  2. Unresponsive

  3. Skin Tears

  4. Client Failure to Answer Door

  5. Tornado

  6. Fire

  7. Power Outage
